How to access coki on your device

We provide three ways to use coki on a mobile device. The first is an Android APK that you download directly from our website and install on your phone—this gives you a dedicated app icon and the fastest performance. The second is iOS browser access through Safari or other iOS browsers; you visit our mobile web app and can save it to your home screen for quick access. The third is the universal coki web app, accessible from any device with a browser and an internet connection. Choose whichever method works best for your device and preferences.

App versus browser on coki

The dedicated coki Android app performs faster than the browser version because it runs natively on your device and can cache data locally. This means game graphics load quicker, live football odds update more smoothly during Liga 1 matches, and your balance refreshes instantly after deposits or withdrawals. The app also sends you push notifications for live-game updates, payment confirmations, and account alerts—features the browser version cannot provide.

The web app works on any device with a modern browser and requires no installation. It uses the same account as the app, so switching between phone and computer is seamless. The web app is useful if you want to access coki from a borrowed device or a computer, or if you prefer not to download and install software. Both versions handle all payment methods equally—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers process through both app and browser with no differences in speed or security.

Device compatibility and system requirements

Our coki app runs on Android 7.0 and higher on phones and tablets. If your device is older than Android 7, you can still access coki through any web browser on your device. For iOS, you need iOS 12 or later; the mobile web app works in Safari, Chrome, and other browsers. Most phones sold in the last five years meet these requirements, so compatibility is rarely an issue in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, or Yogyakarta.

If you are unsure about your device's version, go to Settings on Android (About phone > Android version) or Settings on iOS (General > About > Software version) and confirm your system version. We recommend at least 2 GB of free storage for the smoothest app performance.

Troubleshooting common installation issues on coki

If your phone blocks the APK installation with a security warning, this is normal—Android blocks installation from unknown sources by default to protect your device. To proceed, go to Settings, find the app or browser that tried to install the file (usually Chrome), and grant it permission to "Install unknown apps." After granting permission once, future coki app updates install without this prompt.

If installation fails partway through, check that you have sufficient storage space (at least 100 MB free), that your internet connection is stable, and that your Android or iOS version meets the minimum requirement. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache, restart your phone, and try downloading again. For iOS users who want the app on their home screen but do not want to download a file, simply open coki.bet in Safari, tap the Share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen"—this creates a web shortcut that behaves like a native app.

If you encounter certificate or security errors when downloading the APK, this usually indicates a network issue. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or use mobile data. Our coki APK is signed with a valid certificate and poses no security risk to your device.

Data, permissions, and account security on coki

The coki app requests permission to access your device's camera for identity verification during account setup—you take a photo of your government ID, and our verification system scans it automatically. We do not store the camera permission or photo on your device; the image is encrypted and sent directly to our verification servers. The app also requests permission for notifications so we can alert you to account activity, payment confirmations, and live-game updates.

Your coki account credentials, balance, and transaction history are encrypted in transit (during download and upload) and encrypted at rest on our servers. We use the same security standards on the app as on the web browser—SSL/TLS encryption, secure password storage, and fraud detection. Never share your coki password with anyone, enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for extra protection, and log out before lending your device to someone else.
